Pricing and Charges

  1. We charge 10% of the project cost as our platform fees. This includes all taxes and payment processing charge of 2.6%.
  2. If there are any other expenses incurred for a campaign related to creating content, hiring an external PR agency, spending on advertising (online or offline), or any other direct expenses for the campaign, etc., then all such expenses will be pre-agreed to prior to the campaign by the two parties and will be reimbursed to TrueGiv on a pre-agreed basis.

How it works?

For Educational Institutions

  • Sign Up: Teachers from verified institutions sign up on our website.
  • Post Needs: They post their school's specific needs (e.g., classroom supplies) for free.
  • TrueGiv's Role: TrueGiv lists the need and connects the school with corporate CSR funds and individual philanthropists.
  • Receive Support: The school receives the requested products or services.

For Donors

  • Browse Projects: Donors choose from the verified projects listed on our website.
  • Donate: Support the project they want to fund.
  • TrueGiv Handles Delivery: TrueGiv manages buying and delivering the requested items to the school on the donor's behalf.
  • Get Reports: Donors receive a full report showing how the funds were used.
  • Completion: The donation is considered final only after the utilisation report is provided.
